【摘要】:Thisstandardspecifiesthemethodsforpreparingandassemblingthepartstobejoinedbywirewrapping,andtheselection,calibration,useandcertificationofthewirewrappingtools.Thistypeofconnectionissimilarto“ClassApreferred”or“modified”connectiondetailedinMIL-STD-1130,andNASANHB5300.4(3H).Onlytestedandqualifiedwire-wrappedconnectionsarecoveredbythisstandard,whichlistsfourwiresizesfrom24AWGto30AWG,andthreeterminalpostsizesupto1,78mmmaximumdiagonal.Theuseofthickerwireandlargerterminalsarenotadvised.Thickerwirethan24AWGisgenerallymultistrandedandterminatedbysoldering(seeECSS-Q-70-08)orbycrimping(seeECSS-Q-70-26).Trainingandcertificationrequirementsforoperatorsandinspectorsaredefinedin9.7andinEN13291-1.
