【摘要】:ThisPubliclyAvailableSpecificationpresentsahuman-systems(HS)modelforuseinISO/IEC15504-conformantassessmentofthematurityofanorganizationinperformingtheprocessesthatmakeasystemusable,healthyandsafe.Itdescribesprocessesthataddresshuman-systemissuesandtheoutcomesoftheseprocesses.Itdetailsthepracticesandworkproductsassociatedwithachievingtheoutcomesofeachprocess.Themodeldescribesprocessesforspecifyingandevaluatingusability,healthandsafety,butitdoesnotaddressallprocessesrelatingtotheirachievement.Themodelwillalwaysbetailoredtothespecificorganizationalandsystemcontextpriortouseinassessment.AnnexDprovidesadviceontailoringprocessmodelsforarangeofuses.TheHSmodeldoesnotdefinetherolesorcompetenciesofstaffwhoperformHSprocesses.Thisspecificationisintendedforusebyprocessassessorsandthosedevelopingprocessassessmentmodelsandtools.Itmaybeinformativeforthoseresponsibleforhumanfactorsactivitiesandhumanfactorsspecialists.Thelattergroupsofreadersshouldfamiliarisethemselveswiththevocabularyofprocessmodellingandprocessassessmentpriortoreadingthisspecification.TheBibliographylistsinformativestandardsandtexts.ThisspecificationshouldbeusedinconjunctionwithISO13407andISO/IEC15504.Thelatterstandardprovidestheframeworkinwhichtheprocessdescriptionsinthisspecificationmaybeused.Thisspecificationdefinesanadditionalcategoryofprocessesforusewithotherprocessstandards,forexampleISO/IEC12207andISO/IEC15288.NOTE1ReadersofthisspecificationareexpectedtobefamiliarwithISO13407andISO/IEC15504.Thisspecificationcanbeappliedtothespecification,design,assessmentandoperationofmannedorembeddedsystems,hardwareandsoftware.Themodelcanbeappliedtogenericsystems(forexampleconsumerproducts),bespokesystems(forexamplecontrolordefencesystems)andsystemswhichcontinuouslychangetomeetchangesinthebusinessoruserenvironment(forexamplemanagementinformationsystems).However,itwillneedtobetailoredforeachapplication.NOTE2Copyrightreleasefortheprocessdescriptions:UsersofthisspecificationmayfreelyreproducetheprocessdescriptionscontainedinClause7andAnnexAofthisspecificationaspartofanyProcessAssessmentModel,oraspartofanydemonstrationofcompatibilitywiththisspecification,sothatitcanbeusedforitsintendedpurpose.
