【摘要】:ThisamendmenthasbeenpreparedbyIECtechnicalcommittee61:Safetyofhouseholdandsimilarelectricalappliances.Fullinformationonthevotingfortheapprovalofthisamendmentcanbefoundinthereportonvotingindicatedintheabovetable.ThecommitteehasdecidedthatthecontentsofthisamendmentandthebasepublicationwillremainunchangeduntilthemaintenanceresultdateindicatedontheIECwebsiteunder"http:llwebstore.iec.ch"inthedatarelatedtothespecificpublication.Atthisdate,thepublicationwillbe~reconfirmed,~withdrawn,~replacedbyarevisededition,or~amended.NOTETheattentionofNationalCommitteesisdrawntothefactthatequipmentmanufacturersandtestingorganizationsmayneedatransitionalperiodfollowingpublicationofanew,amendedorrevisedIECpublicationinwhichtomakeproductsinaccordancewiththenewrequirementsandtoequipthemselvesforconductingneworrevisedtests.Itistherecommendationofthecommitteethatthecontentofthispublicationbeadoptedforimplementationnationallynotearlierthan12monthsorlaterthan36monthsfromthedateofpublication.
