【摘要】:ThispartofISO14064specifiesprinciplesandrequirementsandprovidesguidanceattheprojectlevelforquantification,monitoringandreportingofactivitiesintendedtocausegreenhousegas(GHG)emissionreductionsorremovalenhancements.ItincludesrequirementsforplanningaGHGproject,identifyingandselectingGHGsources,sinksandreservoirsrelevanttotheprojectandbaselinescenario,monitoring,quantifying,documentingandreportingGHGprojectperformanceandmanagingdataquality.ISO14064isGHGprogrammeneutral.IfaGHGprogrammeisapplicable,requirementsofthatGHGprogrammeareadditionaltotherequirementsofISO14064.NOTEIfarequirementofISO14064prohibitsanorganizationorGHGprojectproponentfromcomplyingwitharequirementoftheGHGprogramme,therequirementoftheGHGprogrammetakesprecedence.
