【摘要】:ThispartofISO23611specifiesamethodforsamplingandhandlingfree-livingnematodesfromterrestrialfieldsoilsasaprerequisiteforusingthemasbio-indicators(e.g.toassessthequalityofasoi~asahabitatfororganisms).ThispartofISO23611appliestoallterrestrialbiotopesinwhichnematodesoccur.ThesamplingdesignoffieldstudiesingeneralisspecifiedinISO10381-1.ThispartofISO23611isnotapplicabletoaquaticnematodesbecausethesenematodesdonotpassthroughthefilter.Methodsforsomeothersoilorganismgroupssuchasearthworms,enchytraeidsorcollembolansarecoveredinotherpartsofISO23611,Thenematodesthatarecharacterizedbytheproposedprocedureareallthefree-livingformsofnematodesfoundinsoil,Theyincludenon-plant-feedingnematodesaswellasectoparasiticplant-feedingnematodesandfree-livingstageofendoparasiticnematodes.Thequantificationofobligateplant-feedingnematodesinrootsrequiresspecificmethods.NOTEBasicinformationontheecologyofnematodesandtheiruseasbio-indicaforscanbefoundinthebibliography.ThispartofISO23611doesnotcoverthepedologicalcharacterizationofthesitewhichishighlyrecommendablewhensamplingsoilinvertebrates.ISO10390,ISO10694,ISO11272,ISO11274,ISO11277,ISO11461andISO11465aremoresuitableformeasuringpH,particlesizedistribution,C/Nratio,organiccarboncontentandwater-holdingcapacity.
