【摘要】:ThispartofISO12944dealswiththedevelopmentofspecificationsforcorrosionprotectionofsteelstructures,usingprotectivepaintsystems.Itrelatestonewworkandmaintenanceintheworkshoporonsiteandisalsoapplicabletothecorrosionprotectionofindividualcomponents.ThispartofISO12944concernsthecorrosionprotectionofsteelstructuresexposedtodifferentcorrosionstressesbyenvironmentssuchasindoors,open-airandimmersioninwaterorburialinsoil,aswellasspecialstresses,forexampleduetomediumorhightemperatures.Theneedfordifferentdurabilityrangesisconsidered.Steelsurfacesthathavebeenhot-dip-galvanized,metal-sprayed,zinc-electroplatedorsherardized,andpreviouslypaintedsteelsurfaces,arealsocoveredbythispartofISO12944.InannexB,referenceareasforassessingthequalityofthecorrosionprotectionworkandtheperformanceoftheprotectivepaintsystemsusedaredealtwith.AnnexesCandDprovidedetailedflowchartsforplanningnewworkandmaintenance,whichshouldbetakenintoaccountwhenwritingaspecification.Ifextremecorrosionstressesorhightemperaturesoccur,ortheprotectivepaintsystemsaretobeusedonothersubstratessuchasnon-ferrousmetalsorconcrete,thespecificationswillhavetotakethisintoaccount.ThispartofISO12944mayalsobeusedasaguideinsuchcases.
